A Needs Assessment is an information gathering meeting approximately 1-2 hours long and resulting in an action plan. We would with a complete walk thru of your space, discuss your goals, set priorities, estimate time and cost. In addition, if needed, space planning, product recommendation and staging may be part of your Needs Assesment.

• Establish a comprehensive time line for the move

• Assist Client and/or client's family with sorting, paring down and organizing possessions
• Obtain estimates for movers, cleaners, refuse disposal companies and realtor's market analysis
• Layout a floor plan for furniture at client's new home
• Oversee all aspects of the move, including packing, loading and unloading, cleaning services, refuse removal, shipping and storage coordination
• Change utlities and other accounts
• Facilitate appraisals, sales and dispersement of unwanted items through antique dealers, auctions, consignment, thrift shops and/or charitable agencies
• Responsible for final clean out, leaving old residence in "broom swept” condition

Unwanted donatable items will be given to charitable groups and/or St. Paul’s Church Thrift Shop. Absolute junk or garbage will be removed by 1-800-Get-Junk.
